Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Sale items, gift cards, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@beautyofrenforcer.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the product.
  3. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
